The Waterfront Hotel Spa & Golf offered a delightful stay with lovely rooms and incredibly inviting staff. The breakfast spread was magnificent, and the serene view over the lake from our room was just breathtaking. The spa facilities were a highlight, providing a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

The electronic check-in process was a bit frustrating.

I loved the breakfast spread—so much variety and delicious options. the check-in process was frustrating. the electronic system didn’t work as smoothly as it should. The hot tub also was out of order during my visit. The gym facilities were solid but could use some updating. the vibe was very inviting, making the issues feel manageable.

my son and i spent two nights at the waterfront during the f1 british grand prix. the hotel was perfectly located east of the circuit, making our commute easy. our twin room was clean, warm, and quiet. The dinner at the bar was fantastic. the steaks were top-notch! also, the staff were incredibly helpful.

We had an unforgettable family stay. The kids loved the Aqua park with its huge slides and trampolines, and the lavish spa was a highlight, especially for a soothing massage that I enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family like ours.

Had a chill time here. The spa facilities were top-notch. loved the outdoor pool and steam room. The room was so-so, more motel than hotel, and the food was just alright—pretty salty and basic. Front desk was friendly though. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle too. felt rushed out. But, really enjoyed the spa!
